Fairy Emilie: Fairy Emilie has been face painting in Newcastle since 1999 when she first picked up her brush at Wallsend Winter Fair, NSW, Australia.
Her first ever body painting competition was the Innaugral Autralian Body Art Competition in 2007, which she won first place for brush and sponge. This saw her representing Australia in the 2008 World Body Art Festival in Seeboden, Austria where she ranked 43rd in the world for brush and sponge.
On November 1 2009, Fairy Emilie competed in her second Australian body painting competition. She was successful again in winning first place.
Whilst overseas, Fairy Emilie also taught at the 2008 Face and Body Art International Convention (FABAIC) in Orlando, Florida, painted for a promotion launch for Cirque du Soleil in Montreal, Canada and also for the premiere of Sex and the City in Miami.
With gratitude in her heart for the awesome worldwide adventure, Fairy Emilie is extremely happy to be H.O.M.E (Heaven On Mother Earth) in her birth town of Newcastle, Australia face painting regularly of a weekend at the Broadmeadow Farmer's Market and body painting for local advertising agencies.
Fairy Maggie: At the age of 14, Fairy Maggie was the first and youngest Fairy to join the team and almost five years later is the longest staying Fairy. Naturally talented in almost everything creative, Maggie has developed a beautiful and unique face painting style of her own and is truly inspiring to watch paint. Not only an amazingly gifted artist, but a truly beautiful young woman and friend.
Fairy Annika: The Queen of Fairy parties, Fairy Annika is one of those special individuals that children just love to be around. A student of Natural History Illustration at University, Fairy Annika's attention to detail shows in her face painting talents. An honest and reliable team member, she has also managed Fairy Good while Fairy Emilie was away on her World Tour. She is a very lovable and talented Fairy.
Fairy Meg: Fairy Meg joined the team while still at school, and face painting on weekends has helped her through her university studies. A gentle girl by nature, her art is quite different as she loves to paint scary and animal designs and traditional super heroes. She is a very mature and reliable member of the team.
Fairy Suedy: A small business owner herself, Fairy Suedy is the Queen of Promotions. She will show you how face and body painting can be adapted to any event, and if you need help with this, through her business Evenstar, Fairy Suedy can help you organise your next event in Fairy Good style.
Fairy Jesi: The first ever Fairy Good “groupie”, Fairy Jesi has been in love with the Fairy Good team since Primary School. Now in the final years of her HSC, Fairy Jesi remembers watching the fairies at all the festivals, anticipating the time when she was finally old enough to join the team. As soon as she was able, Fairy Jesi bouyantly joined the team and has been a joyously amazing talent ever since.
New Fairies: The Fairy Good family is always growing. Recently, we have welcomed Fairy Kaitlyn, Fairy Holley and Fairy Rachel who are all shining in their own unique ways.
The Mysterious “Office Elf”: Usually played by Fairy Emilie, the Office Elf is the backbone of Fairy Good. The OfficeElf is the welcoming voice who answers the phone, replies to emails,organises bookings, arranges fairies for parties, wraps lucky dips and pass the parcels, orders new face paints, trains new fairies, runs face painting workshops, runs fairy meetings, does the accounts and bookkeeping, manages promotions and all the other businessy things that need to be done so that the fairies can have fun with you all!
There is always a lot to do but it is usually a lot of fun and the Fairies at Fairy Good are able to be there for you all because of the Office Elf!
